Electronics Lead – Manchester – £500–£600/day (Outside IR35)
6–12 Month Contract | Immediate Start

We’re working with an innovative technology company in Manchester who are looking for an experienced Electronics Lead to support them during a key phase of product development.

This is a delivery-focused role that blends hands-on electronics design with team coordination across hardware, software, test, and mechanical disciplines. You'll play a vital part in guiding projects through development, compliance, and integration.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team

* Act as technical authority on board-level design, testing, and validation

* Oversee EMC, safety, and regulatory compliance processes

* Contribute to technical strategy and help optimise hardware workflows

Required experience:

* Strong background in electronics design for complex embedded systems

* Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams

* Familiarity with EMC and regulatory compliance processes

* Confident communicator who can contribute at both technical and planning levels
