Technical Assurance Coordinator - Help Shape the Future of Sustainable Farming

Are you passionate about sustainability and committed to high standards in environmental farming?

Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement technical assurance activities
Support the development of certification protocols, audit processes, and membership structures.
Produce technical materials including guidance documents and training resources.
Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, and wider stakeholders to uphold assurance standards.
Lead technical projects to improve system efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Represent the business at external meetings, audits, and industry events.About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

Solid knowledge and/or experience working with assurance or certification schemes within food or fresh produce
A good understanding of environmental sustainability in farming and food supply chains.
Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects effectively.
Data literacy - comfortable working with databases and technical information.
A problem-solving mindset - solutions-focused and adaptable.
Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the confidence to work independently.What They Offer

Salary: £28,500 per annum
