We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a warm and supportive children’s residential home in Shipley.

What you’ll do:

Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing environment

*

Lead shifts and mentor junior staff

*

Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive outcomes

*

Support with care planning, risk assessments, and day-to-day routines

*

Take part in activities, school runs, and appointments

What we’re looking for:

*

Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a children’s residential setting

*

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
