SalaryUp to 30,000 AED Plus Flights & Medical (Equates to Circa £75,000 TAX free)

Irish or British Civil Engineer that has Marine Construction experience handling Quay Walls, Jetties & Rock Revetments ?

Exciting career relocation to the UAE for a Tier 1 Marine & Civil Engineering Main Contractor.

400 Million AED Project (Circa £80 Million)

This client wants to hire a hungry and driven Irish or British Marine Site Agent to take there skills into the cut & thrust of the UAE Market.

You heard it right no prior Middle East experience is needed and this is a Tax Free Package where our client wants someone starting their overseas career.

The idea behind this is succession planning as he has recently promoted an Agent up to Project Manager and he wants to replicate this same method as its worked well.

If your goal is to be a Project Manager and climb the ranks then the hiring manager will support, guide and nurture your development. What you will need is a relentless attitude to succeed , thick skin and a willingness to learn.

You will gain exposure to some of the most technical challenging civil & marine projects in the Gulf with this employer from Bridges, Quay Walls, Jetties & Harbor / Port Works.

Following is essential :

* Degree Educated – Civil Engineering – UK or Ireland

* 3-5 Years Post Graduate Experience

* Solid Main Contracting Background (Reputable Employer )

* Clear experience on a Marine Works & Civil Engineering project as an Engineer / Sub-Agent / Site Agent

* Experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team and sub-contract management

* Self Motivated & disciplined in your role

* Able to relocate to Dubai before September 2025 absolute latest
