Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Mortgage & Protection Administrator to support the Director of a growing mortgage and protection business. This is a varied role focused on administration, document management, and stakeholder communication. If you're detail-oriented, confident working independently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, including setting up mortgage packs and chasing outstanding documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders such as solicitors, estate agents, lenders, clients, and other third parties.
Support the Director in preparing illustrations, documentation, and applications related to protection services.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
Record and track the progress of client applications using internal systems. Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
Experience working with in financial Services, ideally mortgages
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Comfortable using business systems and software to maintain operational efficiency.
£25,000 - £30,000
