Lead Maintenance Engineer Woking

My client is a leading FM company. They are currently recruiting for a lead engineer (electrically bias) to join an established team. You will have your electrical qualifications NVQ level 3 2365 parts 1 and 2 AM2 or equivalent in electrical, 18th edition at a min and be able to pass a security clarence.

Sector: Data Centre

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, lighting, power, single and 3 phase, UPS systems, BMS systems, back up generators, HVAC and cooling, sub contractors, permit to works, control of sub contactors, LPHW systems and general paperwork.

Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Salary is 55K plus overtime, company benefits and much more.
