This company holds Execution Class Four accreditation, allowing them to work on some of the most complex and prestigious projects across the country.

Structural Design Engineer Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience
33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays & Xmas closedown)
Pension 5% Company contribution & 3% Employee contribution

Bonus schemeStructural Design Engineer Job Overview:

Experience in temporary works design is advantageous but not essential.
Work independently, raising necessary queries and coordinating information with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
Manage and work within design budgets.
Report directly to the Head of Design.
Attend project meetings and maintain a proactive role throughout the design process.
Adhere to company QA procedures.
Liaise with various departments to meet project demands.
Contribute to training and mentoring graduate design engineers.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to secure positive feedback.
Play an active role in the continuous improvement of the business, passing on core principles and goals to staff.Structural Design Engineer Job Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in structural steelwork design, with in-depth knowledge of relevant design codes and software.
Degree educated, ideally working towards Incorporated or Chartered status.
