As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll be a key player in enabling seamless, efficient customer and dealer finance experiences. From deal activation and documentation review to proactive client support, you'll help deliver a best-in-class asset finance operation across both consumer and commercial lending.

Key Responsibilities as their Sales Support Associate:

* Manage end-to-end lending processes from documentation to pay out

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealer partners

* Provide timely updates, resolve queries, and ensure seamless deal completion

* Collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What You’ll Need:

* Experience in lending, banking, finance, or financial operations is a huge plus

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
