Our client is on the lookout for a Strategic Health & Safety Manager to lead a new era of safety thinking where innovation, influence, and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the charge to evolve and enhance the safety management system.
Designing and delivering practical, people-first H&S procedures and training.
Using data and KPIs to drive smarter, results-focused performance.
Owning and optimising our health & safety IT solutions.
Overseeing strategic planning, auditing, and contractor compliance.
Creating engaging campaigns to boost safety awareness across all audiences. We’re looking for someone who:

Brings hands-on experience in developing and delivering strategic H&S initiatives.
Works seamlessly across teams, leading with influence not just process.
Communicates clearly, authentically, and effectively at every level.
Holds a Level 6 Health & Safety qualification and CertIOSH membership.
Has a full UK driving licence to stay connected across sites. Who you are:
