Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Withycombe

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and dynamic architectural practice who provide tailored design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Withycombe.

Personal developmentDuties for the role of Senior Architect:

Lead on a range of projects across all RIBA work stages
Prepare planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports
Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achievedSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

ARB Registered
Significant post Part 3 Qualification experience as an Architect
Proficiency with Revit
Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
Excellent detailing and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and within a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
