Hoop Professional Services and HR are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and highly respected organisation in South Wales seeking an Organisational Development Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, shaping sustainable service delivery and impactful change.

As the Organisational Development Partner, you will support and lead aspects of a high-profile transformation programme. Working closely with senior leaders, finance teams, and a central project team, your role will focus on organisational redesign, effective change delivery, and ensuring the people agenda is at the forefront throughout the programme.

In return, you’ll receive a salary starting at £48,000 per annum, along with enhanced annual leave entitlement, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and access to a range of additional benefits. Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign services to address financial challenges and shape future operating models.
Ensure all people-related impacts are considered, planned for, and communicated effectively during periods of change.
Lead employee relations activity during transformation, including collective consultation planning and regular engagement with Trade Unions.
Coordinate HR and OD project workstreams, including producing guidance documents and FAQs to support colleagues and leaders.
Provide generalist HR support to a small business area, acting as a key partner on day-to-day and strategic matters.
Line manage a Senior HR Adviser, offering guidance, coaching, and development support.You will bring:

Proven experience in organisational development and supporting complex transformation programmes.
A successful track record of delivering change within challenging and fast-paced environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders and employee representatives.
A pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery.
Expertise in HR strategy, change management, and employee relations.
