Early Morning Loader / Driver – Droitwich (Courier Services)

£13.50per hour | Full-time | Early Starts |

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with a hands-on attitude? We’re looking for an experienced All-Rounder Loader to support early morning operations at a busy courier depot in Droitwich.

The Role:

You will play a key part in the daily logistics process — opening the premises, ensuring timely loading of up to 8 delivery vans, and assisting with vehicle movements and route readiness.

Duties include:

Opening and preparing the depot ahead of morning dispatch

Loading products and pallets by hand or using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)

Operating within a small cold store and handling frozen/medicinal products

Moving vans to warehouse bays for loading

Occasionally covering local delivery routes in a small van if needed

Supporting dispatch to ensure drivers depart promptly and safely

Shift Pattern:

Starts from 03:00 AM, finishing around 09:00–12:00 PM

Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For:

Trustworthy, punctual, and physically fit

Valid Counterbalance FLT license

Happy working in cold environments and with heavy items

UK driving license (essential)

Flexibility to step into delivery driving when needed

Previous experience in a similar fast-paced or courier environment is ideal
