Foundation Learning Lecturer – Full-Time, Permanent
Location  - Northampton 

Salary: £27,238.00 – £33,487.00 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you passionate about supporting learners with additional needs? We are looking for a dedicated Foundation Learning Lecturer to join a supportive and dynamic team in a full-time, permanent role.
You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality teaching and training, designing tailored support programmes, and supervising Learning Support Assistants to ensure learners thrive in an inclusive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and assess teaching to Foundation Learning students in a variety of settings
Design and implement effective support programmes and learning materials
Supervise and support a team of Learning Support Assistants
Conduct initial assessments to identify individual support needs
Monitor student progress and adapt learning plans accordingly
Arrange suitable additional support for examinations and assessmentsWhat We’re Looking For:
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Relevant teaching or support qualifications and/or experience
Proven experience working with learners with additional needs
Experience working with post-16 learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to continued professional development (CPD)
Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to inspire and motivate students
