This Project Coordinator role puts you right there… in the thick of it, helping make sure that doesn’t happen.
These are high-value contracts, time-sensitive, relationship-critical work.
You’re not just sending reminders or setting up meetings. You’re the person holding key conversations, raising red flags early, and making sure decisions get made before they start costing money.
You’re also the glue in the middle, pulling in the key details from internal and external stakeholders to make the magic happen.
This is about control, communication, and you being someone who is calm under pressure.

You’ll be there from the start:

Setting up timelines
Making sure the right people are engaged
Following up when things get quiet
And most importantly, seeing the whole picture, not just the bit you’ve been asked to focus on Because what you do here matters.
You’ll have the kind of influence that makes the difference between smooth delivery and a happy customer, and late delivery with a bad taste.
If you’ve worked on complex projects before, even if your title didn’t say Project Coordinator, and you know what it means to carry responsibility without needing to shout about it, this could be your next step.
With a new MD recently appointed and big plans on the horizon, this is a business investing in its people. So if you’re eyeing up a Prince 2 qualification, this could be the opportunity.
You’ll need to be confident, composed and commercially aware. Someone who’s just as comfortable picking up the phone as they are jumping into spreadsheets.
