Location:     Wellington

Pay:              MPS & UPS (£30,000 - £46,525)

Type:            Permanent (via trial contract)

Start:            September 2025

Hours:          Full-time

Elementa are a recruitment partner for this school and we're supporting in recruiting an Art Teacher to join the department team.

The school delivers to Key Stage 3 & 4 students and is a well-established community school, based in a small town with a catchment area also drawing from rural areas. The school have long enjoyed a good reputation and forms an important part of the local community. There's a bright outlook on their future, with a new school building being a positive change. The school have long enjoyed a 'Good' grading by Ofsted although have recently had several areas flagged as requiring improvement. Nevertheless, the school are confident in making changes to restore their Good outcomes.

The school will be running a formal selection process including a school tour, an observed teaching lesson, panel interview and student council meeting.

Fair pay policy – our candidates are paid to scale, where a variation on this may be required written agreement will be provided ahead of the position.
