Are you a Project leader with 4-5 years of experience in a project management or delivery management role within the telecommunications industry, specifically focused on FTTH network deployment?

GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a telecommunications company, located in Dublin, Ireland.

We are seeking a a highly motivated and experienced MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) Delivery Manager to spearhead an ambitious fibre rollout program across Ireland.

This is a FTC of 12-16 months, based in Ballymount, Dublin, with required visits to sites across Galway, Cork Limerick and Dublin. The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive day rate of up to €325 pending relevant experience, paid weekly.

Candidates must be Dublin based as there is no relocation support for this contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of fibre connectivity to MDUs, working closely with multiple build partners. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of fibre optic deployment, wayleave acquisition in Ireland, and construction management within the telecommunications sector. You will play a critical part in ensuring MDU projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Essential skills and experience:

* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a project management or delivery management role within the telecommunications industry, specifically focused on FTTH network deployment.

* Proven experience in managing MDU fibre build projects from inception to completion.

* Demonstrable experience in managing and coordinating multiple outsourced contractors/build partners effectively, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard.

* Strong understanding of the wayleave acquisition process in Ireland, including relevant legal frameworks.

* Solid knowledge of fibre optic network architecture, installation techniques, and best practices for MDU environments (both Greenfield and Brownfield).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on facts and data.

* Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

* Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly to sites across Ireland.

* Right to live and work in Ireland.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction and telecommunications work in Ireland.
