GBRS are currently looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to work with our client in Portishead, although hybrid working is also an option once your training has been completed.
The main focus of this role is the delivery of day-to-day recruitment administration and co-ordination activities.
Main Duties will include:
* Ensure job descriptions have been reviewed and evaluated by the Job Evaluation Advisor prior to advertising.
* Draft and upload job advertisements onto agreed websites/platforms.
* Respond to any queries from candidates and keep them informed of their progress at each stage of their application.
* Complete an initial review of candidates for hiring manager, using agreed criteria.
* Complete on-boarding activities including:
* requesting references
* arranging medicals, right to work and DBS checks
* drafting and sending offer letters, employment contracts and new starter documents
* escalate any concerns to HR colleagues for advice guidance.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies when appropriate, maintaining records of any agency temporary staff used.
* Support external recruitment activities including careers fairs and community events.
Initially this is assignment will be working on a 3-month Fixed Term basis - although if all goes well and the business needs require it, there is potential for a longer term or possibly even permanency.
