Quality Inspector - 4-Day Week (Mon-Thurs) 🔍
📍 Location: [Insert Location] | 💼 Salary: £35k - £40k
🕓 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 - 16:30 | 37 hours/week

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking to improve work-life balance without compromising your career growth?

We're offering a permanent, full-time role with a 4-day workweek - giving you Fridays off and long weekends, every week. Join a growing, forward-thinking aerospace manufacturing company.

🔍 What You'll Do
- Perform quality inspections at all stages of production.
- Complete First Article Inspection (FAI) reports accurately and on time.
- Manage non-conformance issues with suppliers and customers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
- Help embed quality within the manufacturing process.
- Approve parts and processes as a qualified release signatory.

🛠️ What You'll Bring
- A solid background in engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs.
- Quality inspection/control experience (ideally in aerospace).
- Familiarity with First Article Inspections (AS9102 preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy (Excel knowledge required).
- Willingness to learn new tech like Laser Measuring Machines.
