GMP Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious, well-established manufacturer and distributor based in Malvern. We are currently seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with clear pathways for career progression. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance may be considered for additional responsibilities, including:

* Team Leader – with an additional premium of £0.50/hour.

* Testing Duties – ideal for technically competent candidates or trained gas engineers, also offering an additional £0.50/hour premium.

This role would best suit candidates with experience in:

* Gas appliance manufacturing

* Equipment or machinery assembly

* Complex mechanical assembly

* End-of-line testing and/or team leadership

Pay & Benefits

* Hourly Rate: Up to £12.78

* Hours: 39 hours per week

* Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30

* Friday: 07:45 – 15:00

* Weekly pay
