Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Vinyl Floor Layer to join a dynamic construction company based in Woolwich, London. In this role, you will be responsible for taking up subfloor and vinyl in a bathroom and then relaying subfloor and vinyl, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces you work on. We seek individuals who are not only skilled in their trade but are also motivated to deliver exceptional results consistently.

Proven experience as a Floor Layer, specifically with vinyl flooring.

Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in the construction industry.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Valid work authorization in the UK.
