Join our client’s online pharmacy dispensing hub – a pharmacist role designed for those who prefer minimal patient-facing duties, focusing on efficient prescription processing and support.

Pharmacist – Digital & Dispensing Services

Location: Salisbury | Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday | No weekends – 30 min undisturbed lunch break

Newly qualified pharmacist considered – Sponsorship is also on offer

Our client’s Pharmacy is a modern, independent online pharmacy, offering a calm, structured, and supportive working environment. They specialise in prescription checking and blister pack preparation.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with our existing patients, healthcare professionals, and our growing team. As a pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert guidance to both patients and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Clinical checking of prescriptions and prepared medications

*

Oversight of blister packs for patients

*

Safe Pharmacy practice and ensuring GPhC outcomes are met as per the superintendent’s requirements

*

Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with GPhC and NHS standards

*

Collaborate with our fully trained team of technicians, supervisor, drivers, and superintendent pharmacist

Predictable 9–5 schedule with no weekends and a 30 min undisturbed lunch (canteen on site)

£45-50k salary based on 37.5 hrs only

4 weeks holidays + Bank Holidays

Requirements:

*

Fully qualified and registered GPhC pharmacist

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams – Good knowledge and confidence with speaking the English language

*

To ensure pharmacy logs, entries and paperwork kept up to date as required

*

Ensuring all medication has been ordered, dispensed, checked and delivered out to patients all in a timely manner

*

Operating the pharmacy as per the instructions given and adhering to the necessary standards

*

Educate patients about health management, disease prevention, and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapies
