CNC Trainee / Machine Operator – Temp to Perm

Location: Reading
Pay: £12.21 – £13.60 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–16:00
Progression: Pay rise when permanent

A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for a CNC Trainee / Machine Operator to join our client in Reading.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some manufacturing or machine experience who’s ready to learn CNC machining — full training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor woodworking and CNC machines

* Follow production plans and technical drawings

* Carry out routine checks and report any issues

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

We’re Looking For:

* Some experience in a production or machine-based role

* Interest in CNC or woodworking machinery

* Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
