Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Tamworth B78
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £13.14 per hour, rising to £15.77 per hour after 6pm

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a professional and efficient warehouse team, responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift and supporting with general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Load and unload goods from containers

*

Move stock into and out of warehouse racking

*

Relocate inventory within the warehouse to accommodate new deliveries

*

Use handheld scanners to check and allocate stock

*

Assist with manual handling of smaller items

*

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

What We’re Looking For:

*

Valid external counterbalance forklift licence

*

Clamp experience is desirable (training can be provided)

*

Willingness to support with general warehouse duties

*

Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening at induction

*

Looking for a long-term position with growth potential

Shift Pattern:

*

Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

*

Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

*

Evening rate applies after 6pm: £15.77 per hour
