Description

Linear is working alongside a growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding development and construction team.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused professional to take ownership of diverse projects across the North of England, supporting our continued growth in the hotel, leisure, and hospitality sectors.

You’ll bring:
• Experience in construction costing, procurement and valuations
• Strong understanding of contracts, costs and value
• Confidence working with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• A proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to travel

We offer:
• £45,000–£55,000 (depending on experience)
• Car or car allowance, bonus and pension
• Office based Barnsley - Travel required for site visits
