Area Housing Manager

Full-time, Permanent

9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:Up to £50,000 per year

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Area Housing Manager to join a dynamic Housing Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee excellent housing management services across a diverse portfolio, including general needs, supported housing, and intensive management accommodation.

We are looking for an experienced, people-focused leader who:

* Has a strong background in housing management, including tenancy, income, allocations, voids, and estates.

* Can lead and motivate a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

* Works proactively with customers and partners to deliver person-centred services.

* Thrives in a changing environment and embraces innovation.

* Brings resilience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to everything they do.

* Champions regulatory compliance, value for money, and service excellence.

Key Requirements:

* Experience managing housing or supported housing teams previously

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, external partners, contractors, and a diverse range of customers.

* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
