Covering Northern England.
Permanent
£55- 65,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits Package

I’m currently supporting a leading global building technology company with over 50 years’ experience delivering sustainable and digital solutions in the BMS sector. Their technology helps customers optimise energy efficiency, upgrade and integrate BMS systems, and deliver real value for both people and the environment.

They’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their UK team and cover the Northern region.

About the role:

* Drive business development across regional and national accounts.

* Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

* Present proposals, solutions, and roadshows to showcase a market-leading product and service range.

* Work closely with colleagues on tenders and large project opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

* Proven success in a Business Development or Sales role (BMS experience a real advantage).

* Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Self-motivated and commercially focused.

What’s on Offer:

* £55,000 - £65,000 + Commission
