About the Role
This is a newly created and business-critical role, offering the right person the opportunity to take ownership of fire door installation programs across multiple sites. Our projects focus on renovations and building improvements rather than new-build construction, so applicants must bring strong on-site experience, safety awareness, and practical problem-solving skills.

The Agile Program Manager will oversee all aspects of fire door projects, from planning and resourcing through to site delivery and compliance. You’ll be accountable for ensuring high-quality installations, effective team management, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Site Management

*

Lead, plan, and deliver multiple concurrent fire door installation projects across diverse sites.

*

Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required compliance standards.

*

Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

*

Work closely with senior management to support customer requirements and project scope.

*

Coordinate with Compliance Officers to ensure installations meet certification standards.

Team Supervision & Resources

*

Lead, motivate, and support site-based installation teams.

*

Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and allocation of tools, vehicles, and materials.

*

Provide leadership and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.

Health, Safety & Compliance

*

Uphold strict Health & Safety practices and site discipline.

*

Ensure compliance records and on-site documentation are accurate and completed on time.

*

Proactively manage risks, incidents, and non-compliances.

Stakeholder Engagement

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

*

Provide clear, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

*

Deliver accurate project updates and reports to senior management.

About You

*

Experienced in managing multi-site construction/renovation projects (fire door/installation experience advantageous).

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.

*

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

*

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

*

A natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.

*

Proficient in using digital tools and project management systems.

Essential Requirements:

*

Proven track record of program/project management in a construction, building services, or similar environment.

*

Full UK Driving Licence.
