What You’ll Be Doing:

* Oversee document workflow within Common Data Environments.

* Provide first-line support to the department, troubleshoot tasks, and serve as the primary contact for Viewpoint technical support.

* Regularly liaise with project teams, offering guidance to ensure Viewpoint systems are configured for optimal project delivery.

* Proactively gather user feedback for lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Manage internal and external user accounts.

* Conduct audits of Viewpoint system usage to ensure data input complies with procedures and proper referencing protocols.

* Create Task Information containers for communication with clients and suppliers.

* Complete project close-out documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in Document Control.

* Familiarity with construction practices and standards (desirable)

* Proficiency in using spreadsheets, databases, excel & Microsoft packages

* Experience in utilizing electronic document management systems (specifically Viewpoint for Projects)

* Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and reports.

Role Information:

* 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays

* Pension 6% employer contribution

* Non standrad travel paid

* Annual bonus

* Salary up to £32,000 DOE
