Contek Recruitment are currently working with a well-known, established precision engineering company based near Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Due to company performance and growth, they are now looking for CNC Turner to join their team on a night shift, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

You will work as part of a small experienced and disciplined team on the manufacture of aerospace, automotive and F1 parts. The candidate will be a time served engineer with recognised qualifications. You will be capable of programming (using Fanuc), setting and operating various CNC lathes with driven tooling.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Turner.

* Proficiency with Fanuc programming.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in every machining task.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols in machining operations.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
