Nursery Nurse – Tiny Humans Need You (and so do we!)

Start: ASAP | Contract: Flexible supply (you run the show) | Pay: £13.68 – £14.50 per hour

Why this role matters

Because tiny people have big personalities—and someone needs to guide them without losing their mind (or their shoes). As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll be their hero, confidante, snack opener, and occasional dragon-slayer. Your job? Help them grow, learn, and stay safe (preferably without glitter in your hair).

What you’ll do

* Turn playtime into learning without them noticing.

* Create a nurturing space where chaos is gently managed.

* Keep an eye on their progress (and their sticky fingers).

* Be part of a team that laughs, sings, and occasionally steps on LEGO.

What you’ll need

* A Level 2 Nursery Nurse qualification (Level 3 if you’re feeling fancy).

* Experience with children in a nursery or similar setting

* A solid understanding of safeguarding and a real passion for child development.

* An Enhanced DBS check (or be ready to get one—we’ve got the forms, don’t worry).
