An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Application Specialist to join a high-performing scientific team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled individual with a background in analytical chemistry and a desire to support innovation in elemental analysis.

As an Application Specialist in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations and customer engagement across the UK and Europe. From performing analytical demonstrations to delivering training and technical support, the Application Specialist will contribute to the continuous development of new applications and uphold exceptional scientific standards.

Key responsibilities for the Application Specialist include:

Conducting and evaluating application measurements and providing tailored analytical solutions.

Delivering customer and internal training sessions both on-site in Cheadle, Greater Manchester and remotely.

Supporting product development through prototype testing and feedback.

Maintaining laboratory instrumentation and ensuring calibration and quality compliance.

Acting as a technical contact in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
