Elvet Recruitment is working with a well-established estate agency has been proudly serving communities across the North East. They are currently seeking an Branch Manager to join their team in the North East.

A family-owned business operating across the North for over several decades, this company has earned a strong reputation for delivering outstanding property services—from residential sales and lettings to comprehensive property management.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s growth and operations, join the specialist team to provide tailored, professional support to ensure every client’s property journey is smooth and successful

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Guide and support staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and capable of providing excellent service.

* Involved in the sales and lettings processes, working with clients and prospects to find suitable properties and negotiate deals.

* Providing a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build a positive reputation.

* Driving business growth, attracting new clients, and increasing market share.

* Monitor and report on the financial performance of their branch, ensuring it meets targets.

* Responsible forstaff, training, and performance management of the branch.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous sales & letting experience
