QA/QC Engineer | Dublin | Hyperscale Data Centre Project

A skilled QA/QC Engineer is required for a large-scale, mission-critical data centre development in Dublin. This is a site-based, full-time position offering the opportunity to be a key part of a dynamic, fast-paced construction team delivering one of Europe’s most advanced digital infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for quality-focused professionals with strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works across complex engineering environments. You'll work hands-on with project delivery teams to ensure quality compliance across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute regular quality audits and site inspections to ensure adherence to project and company quality standards

* Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with client and regulatory requirements

* Ensure quality procedures and policies are understood, maintained, and correctly applied across the site team

* Evaluate and monitor subcontractors’ quality systems and ensure alignment with the overall project standards

* Collaborate closely with client-side QA/QC representatives to resolve quality concerns and maintain compliance

* Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to improve quality outcomes and constructability

* Maintain documentation and reporting for audit trails, NCRs, and corrective/preventative actions

Ideal Candidate:

* Degree-qualified in engineering, construction management, or a related field

* 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles on major CSA construction projects, ideally in data centre or high-tech sectors

* Proven track record of managing QA/QC processes for concrete, steel, façade, and architectural finishes

* Familiarity with international quality standards and auditing procedures

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Practical knowledge of various contract types (lump sum, design-build, etc.)

* Able to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary project team
