Senior Dental Field Engineer
Location: Southwest, UK
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience and skill set)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (5 Days a Week)
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in dental equipment? We’re looking for a skilled professional with a strong technical background to join our team, delivering exceptional service and support to clients across the Southwest. This role offers a company van, all necessary tools, and a well-structured schedule managed by our office team to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installations & Repairs: Diagnose faults, carry out servicing, complete repairs, and provide technical support to clients and colleagues.

* Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Offer excellent service, address concerns efficiently, and maintain strong client relationships.

* Communication & Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the office, ensuring seamless coordination and record-keeping.

* Equipment & Vehicle Management: Maintain a well-stocked company vehicle, ensure tools are in top condition, and present a professional image on-site.

* Training & Development: Support team members by assisting with staff training and mentoring apprentices.

* Workshop Tasks: Repair and refurbish dental equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.

* Efficiency & Productivity: Aim for high first-time fix rates, reducing repeat visits and maximizing service effectiveness.

* Business Growth & Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company positively and contributing to its expansion.

* Proactive Planning: Identify future service needs, optimize scheduled visits, and take a forward-thinking approach to engineering solutions.
