Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit a Letting Valuation Manager to join an Estate Agency in Newcastle. Operating for over 100 years, this estate agent is passionate about exceeding customers expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional with valuation expertise to join a dynamic and growing business. Operating across Teesside and nearby areas, this role is ideal for a driven individual looking to make a significant impact.

Main duties will include:

* Drive growth by increasing sales instructions within the branch.

* Generate and conduct property valuation appointments.

* Win and secure new property listings for sale.

* Proactively prospect for new business opportunities.

* Leverage extensive local market knowledge and build strong networks.

* Maximise branch revenue by cross-selling additional services, including mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.

* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Role information:

* £42,000 (OTE).

* £4,000 per annum car allowance.

* Performance-based commissions and bonuses.

* Five-day working week.

* A full UK driving license is required.
