Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a Blackburn based Home Based Treatment team (HBTT) who are looking for a Band 6 RMN or Social Worker to join them on a contract basis.

The successful applicant will be dynamic and forward thinking they will be passionate about working with service users with acute mental health concerns and providing a recovery focused approach. The successful applicant will have the ability to work as part of a Team and in partnership with local services.

This is a 3–6 month contract with potential extension opportunities.

Duties | Responsibilities:

* Carry out risk assessment in the community

* Facilitate care plans for service users

* Knowledge of current mental health legislation/policy

* Act as gatekeeper

* Caseload management

* Capacity assessments

* Medication administration

* Signposting

The HBTT operate 24 hour / 7 day a week service, hours are between 07.30 - 19.30.

Pay rate: £24.00 - £40.00 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
