Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a Lancaster and Morecambe Home Based Treatment team (HBTT) who are looking for a RMN/OT/Social Worker to join them on a contract basis.

This is a 3–6 month contract with potential extension opportunities.

Duties | Responsibilities:

* Carry out comprehensive assessment and triage service.

* Where necessary signposting or clear onward facilitation.

* Respond and provide immediate care to service users’ current mental health problems.

* To formulate and implement intervention and risk management plans and evaluate there effectiveness.

This is a full-time position equating to 37.5hrs per week. The hours will be completed with long days if required. The service is open across 7 days so the ability to work weekends is available.

Consideration would be given to part-time applications and flexible working requests.

Pay rate: £24.00 - £40.00 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
