Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the CV postcode area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract.
The Role:
* Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
* Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
Requirements:
* 3 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
* Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
* ACS qualifications incl. CKR1 & HTR1
* Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
* 8 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
* Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
* Overtime paid at time and a half door to door
* Call out 1 week in 4 paid at £400.00 per week guaranteeing an additional £5,200 per annum
* OTE £50,000+ per annum
* 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)
* Pension Scheme
