Our client in Haslingden, Rossendale is looking to recruit a Furniture Upholsterer for a temp to perm role out of their manufacturing and distribution site
The role will involve:
* Upholstering various items including seat boards, stools, sofas and tub chairs
* Using materials including foam, fabric, faux leather and real leather
* Checking work orders to determine amount of material needed
* Following drawings and designs
* Measure and cutting of materials
The working times and pay:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00-16:30
* 40 hours per week after breaks
* £13.00 - £14.50 p/h dependant on experience
* Overtime after 40 hours at x 1.25 in the week and x 1.5 at the weekends
* 12 week temp to perm for the right candidate
Skills/Experience Needed:
* Previous Upholstery experience needed
* Ability to read designs, operate cutting tools and measure materials
