Civils Project Manager-Data Centre-GERMANY
Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint an experienced civil project manager to plan, direct, manage and execution of civil works package. The project is a large-scale Data Centre project and the chosen candidate will ensure the client goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule, budget and defined health, safety and quality parameters.
The role will direct the site construction teams, provide internal and external coordination and collaboration.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Determining the requirements and delivery of works associated with the civil elements of the project.
* Overseeing the site management of the site operations associated with the civil packages.
* Implementing and complying with the project health, safety and well-being requirements and legal obligations
* Authorising, checking and managing the supporting health and safety documentation required to control site construction works.
* Delivering key project management functions in support of the overall project delivery, including schedule, financial and risk functions.
* Facilitating, developing and agreeing with requirements, project scope and solutions for specific outputs and work packages.
* Controlling project costs such that the project outputs are provided within the agreed budget.
* Managing third party suppliers to achieve the desired programme outcomes.
* Supporting the development of accurate and up-to-date financial and schedule estimates to ensure the project is accurately planned and reported.
* Forecasting costs and monitor and report against budget.
* Produce RAMS & ITPs as required relevant to your related work scopes.

Qualifications
* SMSTS / First aid
* IT literate - MS office, Navisworks, BIM 360 Platforms
* Strong communicator
* Previous site management experience on a major civil engineering project in similar field.
