360 Excavator Operators – Halesworth – £22.00 per hour – Ongoing Work

Anglian Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious and well-established construction client, currently seeking two experienced 360 Excavator Operators for an ongoing project based in Halesworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and motivated operators to join a highly respected contractor offering consistent work, competitive pay, and a professional working environment.

Role Overview:

As a 360 Operator, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of excavation and groundwork duties, supporting the site team in delivering high-quality results. You’ll be expected to work safely, efficiently, and independently, while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

Work with a reputable main contractor

Ongoing support from the Anglian Recruitment team throughout your placement

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience operating a 360 Excavator on construction or civil engineering sites

*

Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS card (lifting ops preferred but not essential)

*

Ability to work safely around live services and other trades

*

Competent in groundwork support and working from drawings

*

Strong work ethic – able to use own initiative, stay motivated, and deliver quality results

*

Own PPE required

*

A driving licence and transport are desirable due to site location
