We are currently seeking a User Researcher to work with our public sector client

3 months rolling contracts

£(Apply online only) inside IR35

Location: Newcastle - hybrid working

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user research, with demonstrable experience delivering projects within public sector or government environments

Plan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to embed user-centred design practices.
Champion user needs and ensure they are central to service design and delivery.
Develop research plans and deliver actionable insights to inform product and service development.
Present findings to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Ensure research activities align with GDS guidelines and contribute to service assessments.
Maintain research documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of research practices
