Class Teacher - Year 5
Location: Ealing, London
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (with potential to become permanent from September 2026)
Start Date: January 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and inspiring Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming three-form entry Catholic primary school in the borough of Ealing.

The school is proud of its strong Catholic ethos, where faith, community, and high-quality education come together to help every child achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and faith-led classroom environment, supporting pupils' academic progress and personal development.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified and experienced primary teacher (Upper Key Stage 2 experience desirable)

Demonstrate a strong commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

Support and uphold the Catholic values and ethos of the school

Inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils to achieve their best

Work collaboratively within a supportive and dedicated staff team

Bring energy, creativity, and a reflective approach to their teaching practice

The position is initially a fixed-term contract from January 2026 until July 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent from September 2026 for the right candidate.
