About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated HLTAs who can inspire, motivate, and support students in achieving their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and contribute to the wider school community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing learning experiences and supporting academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group sessions and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.

Support teachers in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Assist in planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities.

Provide tailored support for students with varying needs and abilities.

Cover classes during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning.

About You:

Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent experience).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
