Do you enjoy working with your hands and building things from the ground up? We’re seeking a motivated Workshop Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Norwich.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the production process—assembling, constructing, and finishing specialist products with the use of both hand and power tools. It’s a hands-on position where precision, quality, and teamwork are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with or independently completing the assembly and fabrication of bespoke products
Using hand and power tools to assemble sub-components and full units
Working to job schedules and meeting deadlines
Maintaining high-quality standards, reporting any issues or improvements
Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively across departments
Following Health & Safety procedures and using the correct PPE at all timesWhat We’re Looking For

A practical individual with a good engineering mindset
Willingness to work regular overtime to meet production demands
Confident using tools and able to follow instructions and procedures
Good team player with a strong work ethic
Eagerness to learn new skills and take part in training
Prior experience in a workshop, production, or assembly environmentWhat’s in it for You?
