Service Advisor

Automotive Business - Reading

Are you confident, motivated, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their growing team in Reading.

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota - 08:30am to 12:30pm

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to our skilled technicians

- Handle customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Provide technical guidance and support to your team

- Accurately evaluate customer service and repair needs based on vehicle health checks

- Assist in service reception when required

- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to warranty and dealership policies
