What's the Opportunity?

As Store Manager, you'll take charge of day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and fresh, high-quality food. You'll play a key role in driving sales, reducing waste, and maintaining a top-tier store environment - all while supporting and growing a valued local business.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ Leading and motivating a team to deliver strong results and great service
✅ Ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of the store
✅ Managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets (profit margins, waste, etc.)
✅ Overseeing rotas, scheduling, and staff development
✅ Maintaining top standards in presentation, merchandising, and stock control
✅ Working closely with the Store Owner to grow the business
✅ Creating a positive, energetic work culture that people enjoy being part of

What You'll Bring to the Role:

✔️ 2+ years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role
✔️ Proven ability to lead a team and hit performance targets
✔️ Strong understanding of KPIs, financials, and retail operations
✔️ Excellent communication, organisation, and delegation skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
✔️ A genuine passion for grocery retail and community engagement
