UX UI Designer

📍 Manchester - Hybrid (2 day per week on-site)
💰 £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits Package

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Experience Designer who loves turning complex challenges into beautifully simple digital experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping user journeys and crafting interfaces that feel effortless to use, contributing directly to the design direction of innovative healthcare products.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, owning your work from initial concept through to polished delivery-bringing both creativity and structured thinking to the process.

Your Day-to-Day

Design intuitive user flows across both mobile and web platforms.
Translate ideas into clean wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Partner with engineers to ensure seamless design handover and implementation.
Help evolve a scalable design system focused on consistency, accessibility, and performance.
Gather real user insights through feedback and usability testing to iterate effectively.
Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business.
Lead projects from initial discovery through to launch with attention to detail and ownership.What You'll Need

2-4 years' experience in a UX/UI or product design role within a digital or SaaS-led environment.
A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
Experience working across customer-facing products and internal tools.
A knack for simplifying complex workflows into smooth, intuitive journeys.
Strong skills in Figma (bonus if you've helped shape design libraries or shared components).
Awareness of how designs are built-HTML/CSS or component library experience is advantageous.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
A collaborative mindset, confident in taking ownership while working within a cross-functional team.
Bonus points for experience in SaaS, but it's not a requirement.Ready to Make an Impact?
