Our Client is an Automotive accident repair group and they are currently seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join their team in the Lincoln area.

Perform high-quality vehicle painting to an excellent standard
Carry out panel repairs and replacements, including light MET work
Prepare vehicles through filler work and finishing repairs to industry standards
Conduct structural repairs where needed
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment within a modern facility
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety procedures
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle painting and panel beating
Proven ability to deliver high-quality repairs on a variety of vehicles
Level 3 vehicle painting and panel beating qualifications preferred
Strong MET skills and experience with structural repairs
Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to health and safety standards and best practicesFor your hard work as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician our client is offering a basic salary of up to £54600 with OTE of £59000.
