CNC Miller – Programmer, Setter, Operator

Location: Willenhall
Shift: Permanent Nights
Rate: £17–£19/hour + ⅓ shift allowance
Benefits: Excellent package included

The Opportunity

Join a precision engineering firm in Willenhall on a permanent night shift. You’ll be programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-spec components for aerospace and advanced manufacturing clients. This is a hands-on role in a clean, well-equipped shop with a strong team and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

* Program and run multi-axis CNC mills

* Interpret drawings and cutting patterns to maximise material use

* Maintain quality, traceability, and documentation

* Handle components safely and efficiently

* Support process improvements and help train junior staff

What You’ll Bring

* Solid CNC milling experience in a precision environment

* Strong understanding of metals and machining techniques

* Ability to read technical drawings and optimise setups

* PC literacy and attention to detail
